My Sanctuary Mental Health & Wellness, LLC is a private practice created by me, Eleonor Maria Cabrera, LCSW-C, with the vision of creating an environment where every story can be told and allowed to exist. My hope is to provide a space where each person can discover, explore, and ultimately create a sanctuary within themselves throughout their healing journey. A little about me: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over four years of experience working with diverse communities and specializing in trauma, complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, DID, and co-occurring mental health concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, compassionate, and person-centered, incorporating CBT, mindfulness, and a systems-focused perspective. At My Sanctuary, I believe that each of us is the holder of our own story. We carry within ourselves the capacity to heal, process, accept, move forward, and create meaningful change through our resilience, knowledge, and choices. My goal is to provide a therapeutic space where you can discover and strengthen your own resilience while developing, growing, and expanding into the version of yourself that has always deserved to exist—within your own sanctuary.
